New private home sales in Singapore dipped again in June 2025, marking the fourth consecutive month of decline, with only 272 units sold (excluding ECs), a 12.8% drop month-on-month. This subdued performance was largely attributed to fewer launches during the June school holidays, as many prospective buyers were away.
