Rental Services for Tenant

Hello Tenants! 🙋🏻‍♂️

As I used to work in hostels while traveling, I have experiences in customer services, understanding the needs of individual and to be empathetic on both sides should there be any issues.

For Tenants I'm glad to provide the following services but not limited to:

• Finding and coordinating viewings
• Negotiating rental prices with landlord/agent (if applicable)
• Negotiating utilities discount/subsides (if any/applicable) 
• Liaising with landlord/agent (if applicable) to have a favorable contract
• Going through Letter of Intent (LOI) and Tenancy Agreement (TA)
• Act on tenant's interest in case of disputes
• Stamping of Rental Property
• Coordinating Gas-Water-Electricity for tenants
• Be there on hand-over/move-in dates to make sure everything goes smoothly

Service Charges

• For 1 Year Rental Under $3500: 0.5 month rental from tenant + gst
• For 2 Year Rental Under $3500: 1 month rental from landlord + gst
• For 1 Year Rental Above $3500: 0.5 month rental from landlord + gst
• For 2 Year Rental Above $3500: 1 month rental from landlord + gst

*For Rental Above $3500, subjected to landlord's condition
*GST not chargeable if we manage to close within 5 viewings!
*GST not chargeable for rental renewal cases
