Rental Service for Landlord

Dear Landlords 🙋🏻‍♂️, 

I understand that it'll never be easy to find a great tenant. Alongside from your main job, you still have to do the screening, make sure that they didn't mess up the place and adhere to the tenancy agreement. 

I'll like to extend my services to help manage your investment property, allowing them to be rented, while maintaining the best possible condition while bringing in passive income for you. 

My Services are not limited to:

• Ensure place is never vacant as much as possible
• Looking for tenants that best fit your profile pool
• Extensive marketing of property, including digital and video marketing
• Drafting LOI, TA to your needs and criteria
• Value-added service to manage tenant-agent relation
• Periodic checks (every quarterly to 6 months)

Service Charges

• For 1 Year Rental: 0.5 month rental from tenant + gst
• For 2 Year Rental: 1 month rental from landlord + gst

*GST not chargeable for rental renewal cases
