On the other hand, Altura EC, a joint venture by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty, emerged as a standout success story. The development's impressive 61% sales rate, achieved at an average price of $1,433 psf, marked a new record for EC launches. Recognizing the project's potential, second-time applicants and HDB upgraders seized the opportunity, fully booking out their allotted units within a mere three hours.

The contrasting outcomes of these launches mirror the evolving sentiments of Singapore's property market.
