Progressive Payment Calculator

Hello! I have created a simple progressive payment calculator. Most people would know this as a home loan calculator or a mortgage loan calculator.

Will not take into account the following:

• Any cash/CPF on hand
• Other Loan to Valuation (Default to 75%)

This is simply to show how much would be required to fund your BUC (building under construction), or rather new launch project
