Which primary schools are actually within reach?
Buying near a school only helps if you can actually get in. Here's how every primary school in Singapore played out at Phase 2C in 2025 — vacancies, applicants, and who had to ballot.
| School | 2C vacancies | 2C applicants | 2C ratio | Balloted | Chance of a place | Demand | Profile |
|---|
Vacancy and applicant figures are from MOE's official 2025 Primary 1 Registration exercise (Phase 2C — the first phase open to all Singaporean and PR children not yet placed). Demand bands: Very High ≥2× applicants per vacancy, High ≥1.5×, Medium ≥1×, Low = no balloting required. "Chance of a place" is a simplified read of 2C vacancies ÷ applicants (100% where no ballot was needed) — a quick-glance estimate, not MOE's actual per-tier ballot odds; check a school's full profile page for the real distance-tier breakdown. A school's demand can shift year to year with intake changes and estate maturity — treat this as a read of last year's competition, not a guarantee for the next intake.
