CHIJ Our Lady of Good Counsel briefly ran as a full school, primary and secondary together, for about three years from 1967 — before MOE split the two in 1970 and sent its secondary pupils to St Joseph's Convent instead. It's been primary-only ever since. The nearest property is Serangoon Garden Park's landed cluster at 204m; the wider ring offers a wide spread of private options, nothing extreme about what it costs here, a real chunk of overlap into St. Gabriel's Primary now. Old-Serangoon money, still holding — worth it to whoever wants the postcode more than a ring of its own.
